HI.

My name is Virginia Czarnocki or Coach V.

Call me your "accountability coach." If you have a goal, I'll show you how to achieve it. I'll show you that that using a few tried and tested strategies, you can get exactly what you want from life. 

This wasn’t always my life.

I spent around 22 years as an attorney. During my time as an attorney, I regularly worked over 10 to 12 hours a day and often more; sometimes even going for 3 days in a row without sleep. It was just the way it was. Everyone expected this and in turn, I thought it was normal. I was surrounded by people doing the exact same thing.

The one thing I did notice though was how unfit and sick the people around me were. Everyone was stressed, looking tired, carrying belly fat and thought it normal to say “really busy” when asked how they were.

I vowed that I would never be like them. It is only in hindsight that I realized that during my legal career, I actually sought out the best stress relief techniques, the best nutritional methods to keep my body healthy and energized and the best movement techniques to keep me pain free and fit despite the number of hours I was required to spend desk bound and on planes and trains. Along the way I also learned how to work the system ensuring that I got promoted, that I got adequate salary raises and that I generally crushed my career and life goals.

I found that all the normal exercises and workout routines like hour long sessions in the gym or long runs didn’t work. In fact, I discovered that often these kinds of workouts stressed my body out more making me hold belly fat.

I went out of my way to try every diet, exercise and personal development program going and to asses what worked best.

I decided to use the spare time that I had to learn the TRUTH about what really works so I could transform my body and mind. I didn’t realise at the time that I would go on to use my skills to help others do the same!

I've trained with some of the worlds top experts in weightlifting, movement, stretch, interval training, mindfulness, nutrition, coaching, life coaching, business coaching and personal development.

The best part of all of this is that I have created my own systems that will work for anyone at any age whether you want to lose a few pounds without dieting, get fit and move well when you have little time or just generally become the most successful and fulfilled person you could every possibly dream of becoming.
